Achy Joints
Achy Joints
This powerful blend of anti-inflammatory oils is our best seller. It has been carefully created to manage pain and reduce inflammation while helping to heal tissue at a cellular level.
This blend is ideal for those who suffer symptoms from Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis and Spinal Stenosis. By reducing inflammation and pain it makes it easier to get moving again. Movement, stretching, and mild exercise are all highly recommended for those with arthritis but who wants to move when you’re in pain?
Clients say they hated physical therapy because it hurt too much. Once they were able to reduce their inflammation and pain they were more willing to participate in physical therapy and other activities. Building strength and flexibility - especially core muscles - is so important for everyone, but most especially for those who have degenerative conditions. Roll Achy Joints on areas of your body that are affected by arthritis - within a short time you’ll feel the difference. Achy Joints will get you up and moving.
Roll Achy Joints at least twice a day - or as often as needed. We recommend rubbing an unscented lotion over the oil to help the essential oils penetrate deeper into your cells. We also highly recommend using a heating pad at night after rolling Achy Joints. Heat will draw blood flow to the affected area to help heal and provide additional pain relief.
Avoid contact with eyes. Should you get essential oils in your eye - do not flush with water. Instead use a cotton swab or tissue with a vegetable-based oil (olive, corn, coconut, etc.) and gently dab the vegetable oil in the corner of your eye. The vegetable oil will draw out the essential oil.
